    My wife and I were trying to get a reverse mortgage from a local bank. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion. Pat Tenney was able to negotiate a better interest rate, lower margin and about $30K extra payout to us. All this was WITH THE SAME LENDER the bank was using! An independent agent who is willing to work for YOU is the best way to go and nobody does that better than Pat Tenney. Dan & Kathleen Westfall

    Pat was absolutely amazing to work with! She was responsive and we closed in 17 days! I highly recommend her.
