Obie Oberman was my advisor and I can only say good things about Obie. Obie was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire loan process. He always had time to explain the ins and outs of the process and made me feel as if I were his only client. I will highly recommend Obie and Brand mortgage to any of my friends that need a lender. I have had the very good fortune of working with Thomas “Obie” Oberman on a mortgage for a condo I am buying. I have known Obie professionally for 12+ years. Throughout that time, he earned my trust and loyalty by being respectful, helpful and proactive. I referred many friends to him and to a person they all were impressed with his care, consistency and reliability – just as I am. He was the very first person I considered when it was home buying time and I was impressed with Brand Mortgage. Obie is an excellent communicator and he explained the process and all the parts keeping it as stress free as possible. He provided superlative customer service through the mortgage process and anticipated bumps in the road, so they could be addressed. I would heartily recommend Obie to anyone seeking a mortgage. You will enjoy working with him because he genuinely cares about people, is very smart and will stick with you through the process. I have referred my friends already and I can’t think of a better person to entrust with your mortgage needs.
