The process was very quick and easy. Tara did a fantastic job of explaining everything along the way, letting me know what needed to be done and making sure there were no surprises.I even had hard questions about some of the costs involved and she did a great job explaining everything and helping me understand exactly what was happening and why. It was all easy, and very quick. It was closed in less than 30 days, even with a holiday weekend in the middle. Tom T
