We had our house for sale and a buyer approached us with an offer and a pre-approval letter from this company. We accepted the offer and five days later, the buyer backed out because he was denied financing. The loan officer should never have written a pre-approval letter for this person. All parties - the buyer, us as the seller, and the sellers of the home we were going to purchase all got screwed because of this company. Terrible.
