Had a very bad experience with them last year when I was trying to buy my first home. They ran my credit a bunch then said there was no way I could get a home in the area I wanted. I almost gave up and just started filling out rental applications at places. Then I tried one more time through another finance company and they asked much more in depth questions and made the process so easy. I will never recommend this place for first time home buyers.

For a first time homebuyer with less than stellar income and credit, I was extremely impressed with their dedication and willingness to work with me.
