Avoid Prime Lending. After a year of jumping through hoops and spending a lot of unnecessary money, Sabrina informed us that our place wasn't eligible for a refi because of an issue we informed her of from day one. We also now realize that, as a broker, she is not worried about getting you the correct financing for YOU, but instead will find you the financing that gets HER the best kickbacks. Very disappointed
