Never return calls - left 3 messages through out a week, still nothing, finally called again..spoke to someone, stated they would email me the requested information, been 2 days, called now, states to leave a message and they would get back to me next business day.. they close at 4:30pm and its only 3:15pm..really??..also,..past experience, rude customer service

Extremely rude, misplaced my payments and then ,were very rude to us ...Only ms. Kim was kind and patient enough to explain things to us..If I could I would fire the other women who spoke to us..
