I would like to thank US Mortgage Corporation for Tracy Morrison and her assistant Brittany Green-Elkourie. We just closed on our new home and it couldn’t have happened without Tracy and her expertise. I have NEVER met a Loan Officer who knew every detail about the lending business. Not only that, she was available to contact any time of day or night. If anyone knows, buying a home can be very stressful. And, I did not look forward to all of the paperwork and aggravation that came along with buying my new home - even though I loved it so much. However, Tracy kept me calm throughout the entire process. In times of worry or doubt, I could call her after hours and she would take the time to answer my questions. She also solved every problem and went above and beyond to do tasks that weren’t even in her job description. Let’s just say, she put my Realtor to shame. Now here’s the extraordinary feat. It normally takes 30 to 45 days to close on a home. Tracy and Brittany worked around the clock and we were able to Close in 9 days! Yes, 9 days! Who does that? Tracy and Brittany. As military retirees, we have moved a lot. So when I say that Tracy is amazing and is the BEST in the banking industry, my experience with moving around the world has led me to that decision. This is the second home we’ve purchased with Tracy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but her. Again, I would like to thank US Mortgage for Tracy and Brittany.
