upon receiving a letter from RightMortgage, I did my research online to check out the reviews and I decided to apply for a VA Refinance. I made my initial application on Jul 23, 2019 and immediately I was contacted by Mike Russo. Mike was very courteous and professional in all of our communications. He quickly explained the mortgage loan process to me and we began to move through the process. Mike was very helpful throughout the entire process. What impressed me so was the promptness, professionalism and the accuracy of his work throughout the process. I have never had anyone to move through a mortgage refinance this quick and with such efficiency and courteousness. The loan is slated to close this Friday, Aug 9, 2019. He is to be commended!!!!
