Brokers please beware as I'm extremely disappointed in Bernie and his staff. Mary his underwriter asked for items several times that was already provided by myself and co-broker not to mention through out this entire process last minute request like they just picked up the file and didn't know or understand what was going on. Furthermore, Bernie made a closing condition to meet my client at his commercial building only to not show up and texted me 56 minutes late that he could not make it and had indigestion from the prior night...completely unprofessional. Top this off his attorney sent the package and apparently received the money which I highly doubt was even wired by his office. I would advise against using this company based on my experience and seeing how his staff operates over the last 45 days.
