They're ok. I banked there for over a year. Not the friendliest staff in the world but they're not rude either. No banking phone app. You pay extra for online banking. Hours are not convenient if you have a job. Good luck getting there after before they close at 4pm on weekdays. They stay open till 6pm on Friday though so that's when it's crazy busy. I closed my First Hawaiian accounts and now I really prefer Central Pacific Bank in Kapaa. They are more inviting and have much better hours, open till 6pm every weekday and even open on Saturday and Sunday until 3pm! Their mobile app is great and you can just photograph your checks and deposit to your account if you cant make it to the bank even! I am happy I made the switch.
