I'm a new customer and so far my experience with this bank has been HORRIBLE. Their online banking system shows an INCORRECT BALANCE in my account for several hours out of each day due to an anomaly in the way they process ACH transfers. Their explanation? "ACH uses 1970s technology and there's nothing we can do about it". SERIOUSLY??? I built a spreadsheet in 10 minutes which tracks my deposits, withdrawals, transfers and balance better than their program. I know my little $500K/yr business is probably a drop in the bucket for them, but if I were the bank president, I'd be embarrassed. I'm currently looking for a different bank.

I haven't gone through the drive through window yet but have opened additional accounts through this office and was happy with the quality of service. The accountant was helpful and honest. I have processed a couple of wire transfers through this branch and they handled it quickly without complications!
