Greg Downs was beyond exceptional. We called him for a second opinion when our prior company was not making sense with their requests. Within 15 minutes of his very direct questions, he said that he was pretty certain we could pull off purchasing our dream home with the most simplest and secure mortgage on the market. Once we decided to move forward with Greg (which took all of 5 minutes), he then walked us quickly and easily through the whole purchasing process. Their Portal was super efficient and made it easy for me and my husband to sign docs even when we weren't together (we travel and work a lot). Lastly, when it came down to it, Greg had some really amazing tips based upon his expansive knowledge that effected our mortgage immensely.
