Awesome tour with Craig! Panning for gold was really fun. The tour was not rushed at all, nor was it a cookie cutter experience. These guys were raised at the mine and know everything about the history and operation. Really educational and super cool. What can beat a real a legit gold mine from 1870? Not much. Highly recommend!

Craig gave the best tour ever! The mine is owned by his family and he transferred all the passion for the mine into the tour group. The mine itself is so cool. Everything you'd imagine an old gold mine should be. And it goes through the mountain and spits you out pretty close to where you went in, so you never have to backtrack. They turn the lights off at a certain point and that is always lots of fun. What a cool experience it was to tour a real mine and hear about it from someone who was so passionate about it. Seriously, if you go on this tour - ask for Craig!
