    My experience started out great! Got in quick for an appointment with a loan officer in the Columbus office. Quickly got them all the information needed to start the application process. I needed a Pre-Qualification letter stating we were pending pre-approval and never received that. Almost a week after submitting my information, I stopped getting any communication from the loan officer I was working with. I reached out to another local Mortgage company, sent her the information she needed, got the Pre-Qualification letter within the hour and now waiting for the Pre-Approval letter which she stated she could probably have by the end of the week. I asked several times if there was anything else needed to get the process moving with Ruoff, but received no response. I do understand working in a busy office myself, but I would have appreciated some sort of response to let me know what our status was as we are missing out on putting offers in on homes. I gave three stars, as I can't rate everyone in the office, but the person I worked with did not reach my expectation.
