Dealing with these rude people now for a car loan, they do not listen or care about any situation they won’t work with you or even listen to you considering we’ve tried calling and get forwarded to a repossession man instead of talking to the bank directly. We’ve tried giving payment and they refused saying they will get cops involved and sent out repossession after a day late and not only that we’re just finding out that the loan amount was raised without our knowledge making us behind and adding late fees DO NOT I REPEAT....DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD!!

I had Jonestown Bank and Trust for my auto loan. They were always helpful, kind, and courteous on the phone and did a good job. I would recommend them for an auto loan.
