I left this bank feeling like I was treated like a criminal. I'm not sure if it was because of my appearance or the color of my skin. This overzealous bank employee who happened to be white stood over the teller who was assisting me in making a large deposit. She came up with every excuse possible as to why I couldn't make a withdrawal to pay cash for a vehicle. Her demeanor was nasty and she did everything in her power to make sure i didn't get the cash including getting the bank manager involved who said the teller made a mistake and she was in training which was a lie. She was there when I visited this bank months prior. She went in to tell me that even though my funds were verified she didn't want to get fired if she made a mistake. Incompetent and not capable of being a bank manager. The bad part is the teller knew they were giving me bs but she was not in a position to speak up, but her facial expression said it all. Sorry if I happen to fit the description but I will be closing my account with this bank ASAP.
