I was given Ken Gorin number and saw told he was good at getting people approved for a mortgage or at least tell you what you would need to do to get approved. My mom and I completed an application online and I received a call from Ken a couple days later (I really wanted to go in to his office) mom and I had a lot of questions about qualifying and just to see what is required to even get a home loan. Well he asked that we pull out credit score from “credit Karma” and text it to him. We did via screenshot (Which I thought was off) and that was the last we heard from him. He has all our personal information and we don’t know what it was used for. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with him use someone else. I just went to my bank to get answers on what’s needed they’ll get back to you and you can sit face to face. BEWARE SHADY!!
