The blonde working tuesday morning announced my balance outloud. Extremely unprofessional!!!!

They can't be bothered to answer their phone and let a money order be cashed that should have been deposited due to checks being out because I couldn't get a hold of them for over 20 minutes. The phone just rang until it disconnected. I even tried the toll free number and the agent connected me directly, same thing. Ridiculous!
