The only complaint I have for the bank are it's hours, but otherwise everything else is great. The customer service is quite exceptional and as quick as you would expect.

Cannot deposit via ATM or mobile app. After hours it's night drop box only. And ALL deposits require a trip to the bank. It's 2017 ffs. Apparently these locations used to have the ability to deposit at the ATM, but when Westbury took over, they deprecated the machines. The app is also embarrassingly remedial & feature poor with no ability to deposit checks, transfer to/from other banks (something other banks allow you to set up in advance), search by amount, date or transaction type, put a stop payment on a check, search previous months. It's awful & mostly useless.
