I had the pleasure of working with Shawn back in 2011. He was very patient and easy to work with. He really took the headache 😣 out of home buying. I refer him to anyone I know looking to buy a home 🏡

I worked in real estate sales for 13 years - prior to my current position in Credit Administration. And, I learned more about mortgage options - in a one hour initial meeting that my wife and I had with Shawn - than I did in years of real estate. They have all the tools to get the job done - and, get it done professionally and efficiently - from the best fitting mortgage products to the best in title services. And, they work well together to get the job done. Purchasing a new home or refinancing a current home can be stressful - that's why you're going to want the folks from Leader 1 on your side of the table - and, we won't hesitate to use them for my future needs. And, I was still in real estate sales - the folks at Leader 1 is who I'd recommend to my clients every day of the week. Thank you, Shawn for all of your help!!
