Countryside took our mower in when it was broken down, got it fixed and delivered it back to our house for us! The employees I worked with were all kind and helpful! My husband and I highly recommend them!

I purchased a brand new 2017 snowmobile from them exactly two months ago from today. I should have seen the writing on the wall when they lacked knowledge to answer nearly all the questions I had about the snowmobile before I bought it. Thankfully I knew enough about the sled already. They informed me that they would set it up for me and the 8,000-10,000 elevation I ride at. Once I had the sled in the garage, I thought I better check my clutch weights to make sure they installed the correct ones. They had actually installed weights that were not even on the specification charts for the snowmobile model I had purchased. I sent back the incorrect weights and it took nearly a month after I had bought the sled from them to get me the correct weights and the cover I had bought with the snowmobile. They also just sent me a bill today, two months after purchasing the sled, for weights they said they would put in and weren't even right at first. I know I won't return to their store for business and I won't be recommending them to others. There is a reason they had so many brand new snowmobiles sitting on their property yet.
