First time home buyer and the strong individuals at The Hutton Mortgage team kept me feeling safe and updated at every turn. Special thanks to Audrey and Liz for answering ALL my questions and giving me the comfortable warm and fuzzy needed throughout this intimidating process.

I really liked how Audrey’s team was informative. They kept us appraised during our loan process; offered us different options. We had a clear understanding of what to expect. There was a few minor issues with some communications, but other than that, everything was perfectly fine. I highly recommend Audrey Hutton and her team.
