I had a great experience with Police Mortgage when buying my first home! Justin was so easy to work with and very communicative. Highly recommend!!!

Justin told me he could cut 6 years off my mortgage. The first thing I said to him was I didn't want my payment to go up. He said it wouldn't because there would be no more mortgage insurance. So I spend $400 to get an appraisal. When I get my disclosure back my payment went up and there is still a mortgage insurance but it is lower. He never ever said there was any chance for my payments to go up. He even told me they would go down $16. He doesn't even call me to give me a heads up about it. I found out through the emailed disclosure that my payments were $22 higher. There have been other issues like a check back for over $700 at closing. Well, the updated disclosure they had had that number less then half of that because something was left off. I thought the point of a disclosure was so that there were no surprises at closing. Oh, and that check was to be overnight-ed to me and tomorrow makes a week since closing and I still don't have it. After 4 days i told Justin about it and he said he would look into it. 2 days later I had to call him back and he still doesn't know. Stay away from this company. Once they have you committed they don't care.
