If you rent or own in Birmingham, Alabama please DON'T engage in business with these people! I had to give them one star to actually post this review! It takes them forever to repair things. Last week (June 28, 2019)someone in my grandfather's apartment ( Red Top Apartments)was evicted and the sheriff threw their clothes and furniture all over the parking lot. We've called Katrina and Marci and informed them of the trash and how unsanitary and how it is taking up parking spaces as well. This trash has been sitting out in the parking lot for a week now! I've had to call the Department of Health on these people! The trash is attracting rodents and other insects! I've also had to call them to mow the property 's lawn as well! Because they don't maintain their properties and they don't care about people just money!
