Steve & his team from day one where amazing! I was given a few names of mortgage companies in the area to figure out who would be the best fit for my husband and I as we where on a new adventure to purchase a home in Brevard county. He was the only one who followed up with us in a timely manner and made us feel like he really wanted to help us get into our new home. This was a huge deal because not only is buying a home stressful but we where making a huge life change moving from Montana to Florida. We needed someone that would be there for us and on our side to help us. I am a person with a ton of questions and he answered everyone of them and made the process incredibly easy. As if that wasn't enough Steve also helped us by using his connections to find someone to give us a short term rental when we moved down from Montana so we could start our home search locally. If you are looking for a mortgage company I highly recommend Steve & American Mortgage Loan Service they honestly go above & beyond. They provided AMAZING customer care! I can not thank Steve & Heidi enough they are amazing people that are great at what they do. Forever grateful.. The Moore's
