We closed on a property in late March and a month later this company still doesn't know where we are in the process? Everything they have told us about the "county has a 4-6 week lag time" turned out be a lie and their customer service rep seem unsure on what their own process is. I have used numerous closing companies in the past and never have I seen such an incompetent title closing company --- stay far far away.
