Charissa Cruz is simply the best, she handled everything for us so that it didn't interrupt our lives and even when I couldn't come up with an LOE or certain tax documents, she still found a way to make it happen. The loan closed on time, with cash out getting into our accounts on time, and we shaved 10 years off the loan. Very happy and will use again!

I can't say enough good things about Academy and Shelly, I was always given upfront answers, the comfort of knowing someone was looking out for my interests, and knowing I could rely on Academy to hit deadlines that were imperative to me being able to get under contract on a house before my vacation. They are super responsive and knowledgeable, which meant I didn't have to worry about the lending side, just my side on closing.
