I regret doing business with prime lending. Should of done my homework before listening to my realtor to go through them. Apparently real estate agents get paid when they refer people to them. They sell your loan to the highest bidding financial organization shortly after closing. This is why they won't allow you to set up auto pay. Cause they know they will be selling your loan. They don't have good rates. If you have a credit score of more than 700 go somewhere else. Do not allow your realtor to talk you into getting a loan with these people. You've been warned.
