All Lies. The sad part, i knew him personally. First time home buyer and already going to lose my home because the loan he said i was getting was far from what i got. 14 days after signing and i already have a creditor calling me. My payment, my Interest rate, the taxes and the fees were all way out of line and over by absurd amounts. he waits until you cant wait any longer then he will spring it on you. At Doc signing i said No many times to this. Then they get a Kara from Lawyers Title to tell me everything is fine and maybe i'm not reading it right (Too many numbers and legal forms) so my leap of faith turned out to be my credit death. I'll never qualify for a home loan again and they know this, they prey on people and make you sign, because if you don't they do not get paid. Now i'm shopping for an attorney. What was supposed to be a happy time in my life Kevin Pearce from Homeowners Equity and Kara from lawyers title will make sure they get paid first. You've been warned. i have forms, emails and text messages to back all this up.
