I went to the First National Bank in Shamokin Dam PA. And I had a check from a lady who banks with them. They wanted to charge me a $10 fee because I didn't have a account there. I've never heard of anything like this. So I ask to speak to the Bank Manager. Who later wouldn't give me her name. Bank Manager informed me. She wouldn't cash my check. I ask why and explained. Just because I didn't have a account there. The lady who wrote the check did. She screamed at me in her drive thru! I ask for the 800 num and her name? She gave me the number. Not her name. I called the number. They said she could waive the fee. But she told them her system was down. Well I was sitting in the parking lot. If it was she sure did have alot of customers. So I told them. She just doesn't want to cash my check. I call3d the Selinsgrove office. They we're awesome. The lady didn't hesitate she cashed my check and waived the fees. I feel completely discriminated against! I'm very disappointed! I'd really like a num to the Main Branch or something? This lady really treated me horrible in front of my daughter. Never bank at First National Never!!!!!
