Colwell has been great to us the past few weeks. My previous car was totaled about a month ago. Shortly after it happened we got news that it was likely going to be a total loss so we started car shopping. We went around to a few dealerships test driving and getting a feel for them. We ended up loving the escape, and the professionalism of the guys at Colwell, especially Travis Cooke. A week later when the car was officially totalled we went back and got the same car we test drove. Honestly, the best thing I can saw about Colwell is the lack of pushiness. In the weeks since buying the car I've been out there like once a week asking various questions and figuring stuff out on the car. We also asked them to see if they could find an owners manual in English because the one in the car was in French. Love this place, will definitely recommend them in the future.
