It was a nightmare with these people starting with joe, cynthia the loan processor and at the end the underwriter, we got approved everything was going so so I say that because they all were dropping the ball and putting us on the back burner because we had assistance with funding witch is not very appealing to these folks witch we will be notifying the equal lending commission, this organization is a joke and a big waste of time we went with another lender and got approved with no headache so save your time and patience and stay clear of these people and place. Did I mention Joe discussed personal information with the realtors so unprofessional we will be making a formal complaint.
