I opened a bank account at this location and had an active account for several years. On multiple occasions tellers were openly nasty and mean to me about getting getting my routing or acct number or ordering checks. I would not suggest working with this branch when the location in Fillmore, NY has much better service. The only redeeming quality of this branch is probably the teller on the far right if she still works there. Her name is a version of the name Kacy.

The customer service has gotten pretty good over the years. (Improved much over what it was 5 years ago) They’ve helped me with everything I needed done. (I’d put four stars, but putting five to bring up the ratings)
