Their online banking is absolute garbage. When I get my Kasa cash back, they charge me half of that for random atm fees even if I haven't gone to the atm. Nothing shows up in my account so I think I have more money than I actually do and then I get charged over draft fees. Thanks for making someone who is already struggling, struggling even more.

Maple City is a great bank to deal with. They are helpful when you call, and It is nice to deal with real people rather than machines.
