Ransom Kelly is trustworthy, timely, smart, and supremely organized. Financing and closing on a home is not the time to deal with individuals that don't have those traits. The rate he was able to obtain was below others, but even if it were the same or slightly higher, I would continue to use him. I will never use anyone else. Ransom and Alex Ravenhorst deserve all the credit for an easy closing process.
