I called to ask for statements from my mother's account (she's entering a nursing home, and we need to provide 5 year look-back info), and the staff at First Niagara immediately printed them all out and put them into the mail at no charge! By contrast, a similar request made to Key Bank for another account has resulted in delays and a $360 charge. Avoid Key Bank and do your business here.

A lot of people are not happy with the switch. However, it's been smooth sailing for me and the tellers are very friendly.
