Mr. Donnie Dodson is our loan officer. He has a great personality and helped my wife and I get financing for the house of our dreams. We first checked quicken loans "Rocket Mortgage" and we are glad I also checked out Ruoff Mortgage as they offered concessions in our favor (to which Quicken offered none.) Mr Dodson answered all our questions and made sure we fully understood everything! I would recommend Ruoff and Mr. Dodson. Get offers from at least 3 lenders to make sure you're getting the most for your money!
