It's hard to describe in words how terribly everything played out with Sam. - little to no communication, to me or my realtor, at any stage of the process - we finally found out the closing date less than 48 hours prior - not prompt, helpful, or professional - had to call his supervisor for my mortgage to even be completed. Barely closed on time - went on vacation two weeks before closing, my house almost fell through because he did not inform me of necessary preparations - I could go on all day I felt as though he was directly trying to sabotage me, possibly because I tried to negotiate a lower interest rate. Or he just did not care about me whatsoever. I cannot stress enough that I would rather do business with anyone else on earth. If you are not locked in like I was, do yourself a favor and run.
