Although I did not end up purchasing a house my experience with this company, Karl specifically was amazing. Karl is not only well informed and knowledgeable, he is kind, attentive, professional and just an all around good person. He took his time when working on my loan, got me accurate numbers and I felt he was honest with me about the loan process. I have decided to wait one year to purchase a house but when I'm ready I will definitely go with this company and Karl.

Judy was quick but efficient. She gave very valuable advice which was something we could appreciate being that we were rookies. She was friendly and was great with communicating.
