As a first-time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing. Thomas was extremely helpful with the whole process. He answered any and all questions I had along the way, which were a lot. I called him all the time. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Thomas did everything in his power to find us a great rate, cheaper insurance than what I had, and ensure a smooth closing. It was nice to have peace of mind that you can trust the person you are working with has your best interest in mind and not just a sale. Not only was I very pleased with the whole experience, I have a better understanding of everything that goes into getting a mortgage as he explains everything along the way. I never write reviews but felt compelled to as I hope others can share in the same exceptional experience.

As business owners we felt like our options were very limited when it came to getting a home loan.. and by limited I mean slim to none.... we felt like our only option was to purchase with cash, and that’s not what we were wanting to do.. after speaking with Thomas he promised to do everything he could to find us a lender... and he did!! He went above & beyond to get us approved & was by our side every step of the way, answering questions, finding insurance, making calls and never once left me feeling lost or confused! Explained everything thoroughly and didn’t move onto the next until you were comfortable! Just above an beyond to make this experience an easy one! Because of Thomas and his extended knowledge in the mortgage industry, we are officially moved into our dream home! Exactly 30 days from finding our home & closing, once again, huge THANK YOU to Thomas Martin! Highly recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’d give 10 starts if possible! 👏
