The black girl behind the desk (sitting down) simply tells people she can’t help them and to call customer service (to get out of actually doing her job.) She also doesn’t give white customers a farewell greeting (no have a good day, or have a nice day, or anything similar.) I had to say “have a nice day” when I left. Who works in customer service at a bank and doesn’t say have a nice day? I was assuming it was because of my gender and/or skin color. If you live here, don’t avoid this bank because of the customer service. Keep going so they have to work. Less customers is exactly what they want. They want you to go to the one on international instead.
