Mike is very organized, attentive to detail and always answers any phone calls, and if he cannot get to them right away he will call us back at his earliest convenience. Instead of providing us with a pre-approval of the total loan amount, he also provided us with the amount that we would be able to afford each month (which made everything so much easier) We used a credit union prior to working with Mike.
