It took me 10-months to shop for a lender. Against the suggestions of the Realtors involved I chose Consumer Direct and I couldn’t have made a better choice. He had my interests in mind when making decisions and was very responsive along with the best rates and low fees. Nate Piccone was my processor and went above and beyond what was needed to close the loan. He picked up where the builder and the Realtors lacked. I realized the Realtors wanted to make as much as they could and wanted to dictate the entire process while bullying me with their high-priced lender. Kevin walked me through locking in a great rate as we watched the market, Nate directed me on needed documents and holes in the builder reps communication. I had to babysit my Realtor and builder, and Consumer Direct helped me do that along with explaining what fees relate to whom. Consumer Direct was honest in everything they said and did, choosing them was a great decision and because of Kevin I saved over $175,000.00 in interest with a plan we discussed. No one else involved with the transaction was even 50% honest. Working online with consumer direct allowed us all to be more efficient and saved me a lot of money. I only wish I could say the same about the people I did see face-to-face. Now that I am closed, they are nowhere to be found.

I'm very happy with the process and responsiveness of my loan officer Charles Petruzzi. He is always prompt in responding, via text or phone. He always ANSWERS he phone. The rates and cost were the lowest. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended my friends!
