Purchasing a home using this office was the worst decision I made! Using them for my finding was the second. My life has been a nightmare trying to find my 1st mtg payment as they sold my loan days after it closed but I didn’t get notification. Broker and agent were both horrible and at the end of the day I knew all they wanted was my money not to help me. Agent knew nothing about where I was buying the house and instead of referring me to someone who could help me, he basically left me in the dark. He didn’t show up for inspection or the closing. But I’m sure he’s enjoying his commission. Broker waited to the last minute to tell me what my closing costs were which cost me more money to wire them. He didn’t go over any of my loan paperwork and as a first time home buyer he left me to find alternative resources to ask. Both my agent and broker out of Hermitage PA are 2 people I wish I never met! I might of enjoyed buying my first home if it weren’t for them. Now I’m delinquent on my first payment with my new lender cause Howard Hannah claims they can’t find my mtg yet they took my payment. NIGHTMARE!
