Well to start Melissa and her girls are the best around. Melissa helped us with so much more than she had to. She knew what we wanted to accomplish and what we wanted in a home. She guided us through every step, the ins and the outs and even how to get the best rates by raising our credit scores dramatically. She was a life saver as the whole process was new to my wife and I. I have recommended her many times already and will continue to do so. If you want a company that is personal and not just business and cares for the customer, this is the only place in town.

We went in to see Melisa about what options were available to us in regards to purchasing a home. She led us through an amazing process. We literally knew almost nothing about purchasing a home. I am very thankful that I was recommended to her by my coworkers. She is companionate, honest, and most of all she has great integrity! You can’t go wrong when working with American Pacific Mortgage!
