I am a first time home buyer and just closed on my very first house. Mark Walsh Jr. was my mortgage loan officer and he did an incredible and amazing job with the whole process. I was definitely impress and will go back to him for any of my future mortgages or re-fi. I highly recommend him to anyone. Absolute worst experience of my life. I am a first time (attempted) home buyer. I have been working with the company since February. I understand that buying a home is not an easy thing. However I have never been through a bigger battle in my life. I followed every instruction, submitted every document requested (with in 24 hours) and continuously asked what I can do to help or what comes next. My loan officer repetitively told me "Everything is on track, we're fine" etc. A week before closing I'm informed that we need to push out closing and that I need to come up with another $5k. I was consistently told I only needed the money I had already invested. I am now 2.5 weeks passed my closing date. My loan officer has still been persistent with "it'll happen. I'll figure it out." I got an email this morning that I have to cancel my offer on the house because after speaking with the manager here at Cambria, it doesn't look possible... at all. Why would a company tell me I'm approved, tell me I don't need extra money down, that everything is on track etc all for me to lose my house. When I explained the situation to the manager all he said was "I am sorry for the miscommunication." I do not recommend them. To top it off, I am almost 8 months pregnant and facing homelessness due to procrastination and an inability to just be honest with me from the beginning.
