I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Having a bank in a small town is a treat because they actually get to know you unlike banks in large cities or towns where all your are is an account number. I applied for a loan and Joyce ( now retired) made the process easy and actually enjoyable. It was a treat to go and see her. I highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Even though I called both the bank and their fraud center and clearly directed them to pay the hotel at which I was staying, they continued to decline payment. I am shopping for a new bank tonight.
