Ben is sharp and savvy. He was great at articulating what we would need in place to secure a mortgage. This allowed us to review our credit scores, debt to income ratios, etc before we formally applied, and meant the process what quick and easy. Ben did a great job of keeping us informed of the progress of our file. Other places promise “sure no problem” so they can get credit for submitting an application but Ben took the time to be sure we would be successful and knew what to expect. His rates were good and his fees were fair. I would use Westland Funding again and strongly recommend them for your mortgage needs.
