I recently visited Randy's and had the opportunity to have the owners son, Dax Gillespie as my sales man. He was GREAT! He was very informative and i did not leave with any questions.. he was upfront with telling me what he could get done for me and what he couldn't. there were no secrets or ''sales pitches'' to get me to put any money down.. just straight up talk. i believe anyone who has a problem with these people are just not straight up people themselves and want things done that can not be accomplished.. a lot of the reviews i saw made it tempting to not visit this place but i am extremely glad that i did. the comments left on this page are not accurate to how this business is ran. Dax and his father are very honest; up front people. if you are in the position to BUY a home this is the place to go in north Alabama.

I bought a home from Dax at Randy's recently. he priced us some of the best prices that we had seen and had been shopping for months now. he was very nice to us, treated us with respect, and did not give us the run around on things he could get done and told us things he would warranty on our new home before we did any paperwork. randys would be the first place I would shop if I was in the market to buy a new or used home. I would defiantly recommend Dax to anyone that was looking for a salesman to find you a home! 5 stars no question. will be returning to buy my daughter a home to stay in for college in the next couple of months. thank you Ranyds- The Mayfields
